Feeding a baby and toddler can be a challenge. It can be fun. The parts I like are researching healthy eating for little ones and making the food. Purchasing and cooking all organic and all whole grain foods for her has really helped us eat more healthily also.
The most help I've had is from the book Super Baby Food by Ruth Yaron.
